YOUTH CHAT ROOM LOUNGE

The LGBT National Help Center runs 3 weekly moderated chat rooms.  These rooms for for young people to talk in a safe space and be able to express themselves without fear of being uncomfortable or unwelcome. 
​The rooms are welcoming and affirming.

Hours for all chats:
​4-6 pm Pacific
5-7 pm Mountain
6-8 pm Central
7-9 pm Eastern

These rooms are welcoming and affirming.
Moderators help ensure the rooms are safe spaces for chatters.  Video and images are not allowed.  Chatters are asked to be supportive of each other.  Please do not assume anyone's gender or sexual orientation.  Please use a person's chosen name and pronoun.
We will not permit sexist, homophobic, biphobic, transphobic, or queerphobic, body shaming jokes or comments.
